Who can use Enotely

Anyone 13 or older can sign up. If you’re using Enotely through your school, your school’s own policies apply alongside these terms. You agree to give accurate account information and to keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.

Your content

Class materials, notes, and conversations stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them solely to run Enotely — for example, letting a notebook answer from a teacher’s slides. We claim no other rights to them.

AI answers

Enotely’s answers are generated by AI from the sources a teacher chose. They can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a study aid, not a source of truth — check important answers against the original materials, and don’t rely on them for grades, medical, legal, or safety decisions.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, try to break or probe the service, use it to harass others, or use it in ways that violate your school’s academic-integrity policies. Each course also carries an AI policy set by its teacher, and students are expected to follow it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time; your data is then handled per the retention schedule you or your school chose. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Disclaimers and liability

Enotely is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Enotely in the twelve months before a claim.
